Sunny Days

This week the UK has been blessed with some glorious days (which may i add doesn’t happen very often!) A study carried out recently found that spending around 30 minutes outdoors helps to improve memory, creative thoughts and mood all of which helps to maintain positivity throughout the day. Sometimes just the feeling of the sun on your skin and breathing fresh air makes you feel happier and healthier! So get out in the sunshine and enjoy!sun-mt-fuji-japan-landscape-407039.jpeg
